The repository includes the following data types:

* Raw data from cell viability and receptor activity measurements (.xlsx)
* Raw microscopy images in Zeiss format (.czi) and exported high content microscopy images (.tif)
* Exported RP-HPLC chromatograms and mass spectra (.pdf)
* GraphPad Prism files used to generate plots and figures (.prism)





##### Usage notes

The data can be accessed and viewed with the following software:

* .xlsx: Microsoft Excel or compatible spreadsheet software
* .prism: GraphPad Prism
* .czi: Zeiss ZEN software or compatible image viewers (e.g., Fiji/ImageJ with Bio-Formats plugin)
* .pdf: Any standard PDF viewer
* .tif: Any standard image viewer





##### Data organization

Files are organized according to the figure numbers from the corresponding publication:

* Each folder with its subfolders corresponds to a figure and its subfigures
* Subfolders contain all raw data that was used in the production of the corresponding subfigure
* In the raw data, peptides are occasionally identified by their internal synthesis code (peptide **1**: xy3-4, peptide **2**: va15, peptide **3**: vt1.2, peptide **4**: uw8.2, peptide **5**: vb1.2, peptide **6**: vt1.3, peptide **7**: vt3.1)
