The repository includes the following data types:

* Raw data from receptor activity and BRET binding measurements (.xlsx)
* GraphPad Prism files used to generate plots and figures (.prism)
* Structure adapted with PyMOL (.pse)
* Exported RP-HPLC chromatograms and mass spectra (.pdf)





##### Usage notes

The data can be accessed and viewed with the following software:

* .xlsx: Microsoft Excel or compatible spreadsheet software
* .prism: GraphPad Prism
* .pdf: any Standard pdf Viewer
* .pse: PyMOL





##### Data organization

Files are organized according to the figure numbers from the corresponding publication:

* Each folder corresponds to a figure and its subfigures
* Folders contain all raw data that was used in the production of the corresponding figure
* In the raw data, peptides are occasionally identified by their internal synthesis code (xn10 = NPVF; xw10.1 = Tam-NPVF; xw10.2 = Tam-Ahx2-NPVF; yd1 = Tam-TTDS-NPVF; vk8+9 = NPFF; xw11.1 = Tam-NPFF; xw11.2 = Tam-Ahx2-NPFF; zw3.2 = K(Tam)-NPFF; zw2 = SQA-NPFF; zw2.2 = K(Tam)-SQA-NPFF)
