The data sets contains Home cage RFID-based tracking data of female mice, cyclinD2 ko and wt mice housed together, as described in Bogado Lopes et al. (2023) DOI: 10.1002/hipo.23522.

 Data are in the compressed 'RData' format and constitute data objects generated by the R package 'ColonyTrack' (https://rupertoverall.net/ColonyTrack/). 

The file 'CyclinD2_KO_data.RData' contain 'colonytrack_data' objects with all raw RFID antenna contacts. 

The file 'CyclinD2_KO_metrics.RData' contain 'colonytrack_metrics' objects with derived features and processed data used for analysis, excluding the cleaning days. For novel analyses with our data the use of the raw data file is advised.
