How to use script: 

1) Create a *.ini file in folder scenario

2) In *.ini file specify parameters for cropping, volume balance and which IPA steps plus post processing plots shall be carried out, as well as which results and processed images shall be saved (labelled as 's', 
   otherwise as any other single letter) 

3) Open main.py in any Python 3.x editor (e.g., PyCharm) 

4) Define *.ini file and source folder of images in main.py (lines 24 and 75 ff)

5) IPA results and processed images will be saved in subfolders, which are automatically created next to the source folder, all used paths are relative

6) Run main.py or the other scripts for creating overview plots

7) Plots are saved as *.png
