## Overview

This archive contains materials for a scenario-based team experiment evaluating an authenticity-based online training in the context of nursing care. The experiment involved standardized team meetings at two assessment points: T0 before the training phase and T1 after the training phase. Participants were assigned to team roles and received role-specific instructions and materials.

The archive is organized into two main folders:

* `Experimental Material`: Materials used to prepare, conduct, and standardize the experimental sessions.
* `Training Material`: Training files and worksheets used in the intervention.

##Scope of shared materials

For copyright reasons, the openly shared training materials are limited to materials from the intervention condition. Training materials from the control condition are not included in this archive. 

## Folder structure

### Experimental Material

This folder contains the standardized experimental materials, including the experimental procedure SOP, instructions read aloud by the study lead, email templates, and role-specific instructions for the T0 and T1 meetings.

### Training Material

This folder contains the online training materials, including SCORM packages and accompanying worksheets for employees and leaders.

## Terminology

The following terms are used throughout the archive:

* `T0`: Pre-training assessment / first experimental meeting
* `T1`: Post-training assessment / second experimental meeting
* `participant code`: Pseudonymous code used to identify participants in study materials and data processing
* `study lead`: Person responsible for conducting and coordinating the experimental session
* `leader`: Participant assigned to the team leader role within the experimental scenario
* `employee`: Participant assigned to an employee role within the team scenario
* `confederate`: Trained person following a standardized role script during the meeting
