Two-Dimensional Investigation, Standard Phase-Field Simulation on four different number of staggered iterations -> Figure shows the load-deflection curve
 
Simlulation of a 2D mode I fracture test. A quasi-static displacement increment is applied 500 load-steps at first with Δu = 1 · 10−5 mm for each load step and then Δu = 1 · 10-6 mm until failure. The initial crack is modelled explicitly.

Within the staggered solution process, no global
convergence criteria is evaluated. Here, different staggered iterations are used. 

The mesh is chosen, such that l/h = 10 is fulfilled.
