The fluorescence images and time sequences consist of (1) investigations of stability and patterning phenotypes by labelling microtubules, DNA, lipids, and mitochondria, (2) study of microtubule density and polymerisation speed with imaging of EB1 comets, and (3) study of microtubule turnover with tubulin speckles and FRAP.
