Döhne, Thorben Axel; Horwath, Martin; Groh, Andreas; Buchta, Eric
Supplementary material to the manuscript: Döhne, T., Horwath, M., Groh, A. and Buchta, E. (2023) 'The sensitivity kernel perspective on GRACE mass change estimates', Journal of Geodesy.
The data set comprises sensitivity kernels (SKs) of different Greenland Ice Sheet mass change estimators from Level-2 gravimetry data from the Gravity Recovery and Climate Experiment (GRACE) and GRACE-Follow-On missions. The SKs are given as a set of spherical harmonic (SH) coefficients. SKs are included for four methods of mass change estimation for each of eight Greenland ice drainage basins, both described in the manuscript.
In addition empirically derived degree-0 SH coefficients for each SK are provided for illustration purposes.
