<description>HeLa metaphase spindle tomographic data sets and analysis
Kiewisz, Robert
This collection of datasets belongs to the eLife paper titled "Three-dimensional structure of kinetochore-fibers in human mitotic spindles": The collection includes all raw datasets of three HeLa Kyoto metaphase cells, that were acquired using electron tomography technique. This collection is also included all processed data as well as analysis as were shown in the publication.
