In this project we studied the structural properties of OmpX in buffer and in complex with the chaperones SurA and Skp. We used single-molecule FRET, FCS, FLCS and nsFCS to determine the structural dynamics across many different time scales. This deposit carries the raw data and the first analysis steps, like burst identification.2024-03-28T11:07:41ZChaperones Skp and SurA dynamically expand unfolded OmpX and synergistically disassemble oligomeric aggregates

Chaperones Skp and SurA dynamically expand unfolded OmpX and synergistically disassemble oligomeric aggregates
Schlierf, Michael
The packages contain the raw data (.ht3 and BIN files) obtained for all smFRET and FCS measurements mentioned in the manuscript titled "Chaperones Skp and SurA dynamically expand unfolded OmpX and synergistically disassemble oligomeric aggregates." The data were acquired using a custom-built setup combining confocal singe-molecule spectroscopy with time-correlated single-photon counting (TCSPC), pulsed interleaved excitation (PIE), and fluorescence anisotropy detection for multiparameter-flourescence detection (MFD).
