The first part contains the results of cyclic 4-point bending tests on cuboid specimens. They were used to measure the residual stress. Each specimen was loaded with a certain number of load cycles, after which the test was stopped and the residual stress was measured. From this, the development of the residual stresses under the cyclic load can be determined. The second part of the data set contains data from characterization tests.
