This dataset serves as a supplement to the 2020 publication (https://doi.org/10.5194/bg-17-6341-2020), providing detailed data for the determination of diffusion coefficients in core cylinders. Included are measurement results of bulk density and diffusivity as a function of the water content within the cylinders as well as the pF relation.
