Pyrolysis data to reveal molecular composition of peat and peat forming plants

Abstract

Pyrolysis gas chromatography/mass spectrometry data of peat and peat forming plants. Pyrolysis product identification and peak integration in pyrograms were performed with Masslab. The relative proportion of each product was expressed as a percentage of the total quantified peak area in one sample (TIC: 100 %). Detailed data description can be found here: Zeh, L., Igel, T.
