Influence of various types of modification on the material behavior of bitumen

The present study investigated the influence of various types of modifications on the material behavior of bitumen. The stiffness behavior was examined using a temperature-frequency sweep, and the deformation behavior was examined using an adapted Single Stress Creep Recovery (SSCR) test. These tests were carried out on Anton Paar's Dynamic Shear Rheometer (DSR) utilizing the plate-plate geometry. The Anton Paar DSR was also employed to assess fatigue and low-temperature behavior, utilizing a solid-sample geometry.
