Abstract of the dataset
dc.description.abstract

Biofilm growth over 7 days was examined under different cultivation conditions using a design of experiments approach. In the biotransformation phase, a dynamic glucose feeding approach enabled stable conversion of 10 mM cyclohexanol to adipic acid over several weeks. Our work demonstrates the resource-efficient development of hybrid living materials to maximize biotransformation performance for adipic acid production.
