Two-photon NAD(P)H/FAD fluorescence lifetime imaging data of intact Drosophila melanogaster tissues including salivary gland and fat body cells of third instar larvae, enterocytes, as well as sperm stored the male seminal vesicle and the female seminal receptacle.
