OmpX_chaperone_thermodynamics_Schlierf_lab (OmpChaT)
In this project we studied the structural properties of OmpX in buffer and in complex with the chaperones SurA and Skp. We used single-molecule FRET, FCS, FLCS and nsFCS to determine the structural dynamics across many different time scales. This deposit carries the raw data and the first analysis steps, like burst identification.
